RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is our commitment to provide high quality products, and we want you to love what you receive!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, as store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note: Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. Make sure your order qualifies:
    Unused and unopened products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

    Wedding and custom stationery products may be canceled before printing begins. See your contract for cancellation terms and conditions. Once your order is approved for printing, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled. Wedding and custom stationery products are printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned. We are committed to providing beautiful paper goods and will be happy to work with you if you’re unhappy for any reason. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

    House Fourteen will not be held responsible for errors on the part of the buyer after they have been approved or after the items have been shipped. (i.e. the address not provided on the return form)

  3. Await credit.
    Once we receive the returned item(s) we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive your credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact info@housefourteen.com.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

We do not offer exchanges or price adjustments at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can.
